My order status says "unfulfilled." Did you receive my order?

Yes! Orders with an "unfulfilled" status are currently being picked, quality checked and prepared for shipment. Once your order has shipped your order status will then change to "fulfilled." You will also receive a confirmation email with tracking information at this time.
