When placing an order, I get an error message stating there has been an authorization failure. What went wrong?

There are many reasons why a charge was declined. Double check that your credit card number, expiration date, and billing address are entered correctly. If the card being used is not your card we recommend you contact the card owner to verify you have the correct information.

If the charge is still being declined, we recommend you contact your bank to make sure there is not a hold on your card. Your bank may have put a hold on your card for fraudulent activity or insufficient funds.
